VMU AA students Career Day’24 “Let’s create a sustainable, green and innovative future”
Vytautas Magnus University Academy of Agriculture (VMU AA) on February 28 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. invites students, graduates and other interested parties to participate in VMU AA Career Day’24 “Let’s create a sustainable, green and innovative future”. VMU AA graduate Aidas Pivoriūnas will open the event with the seminar “How a Vilnius sailor appeared at the Academy”, after the seminar we will invite participants to a fair/live meetings and conversations with agro-sector leaders about progress and innovations, challenges and opportunities, competencies needed by a professional and future perspectives.
Innovation drives progress and inspires a green, green and sustainable future for our children. Smart technologies, innovations, robotization, artificial intelligence, smart solutions in the agricultural sector – this is not the future, but today. Developing advanced solutions and managing processes requires highly competent specialists, professionals in their field. Leaders of the agricultural sector will share their experiences at the fair of representatives of the agrosector about progress and innovations, challenges and opportunities, competencies needed by a professional and future prospects – more than 20 companies are coming especially for this event for a live meeting with VMU AA students. Professionals in the fields of agribusiness, engineering, agronomy, forestry, logistics, finance, and smart technologies will provide valuable advice and insights to students who seek to realize themselves in the professional field and who are already taking steps for choosing a profession and a promising future, and to other interested parties who want to get to know a person who creates progress agro-sector and unlimited prospects in it.
The event will be useful for students seeking to find out what competencies are most important in the labor market today and in the future, to find an internship or to receive a job offer, to find new ideas for the topic of the final thesis, to get acquainted with the progress, innovation and work culture of agro-sector companies and institutions and other interested parties who want to learn about the progress of the agrosector, labor market trends and see unlimited career opportunities.
The event will take place in the 5th floor of the Central Palace of the VMU Agricultural Academy (the seminar will take place in room 505), Studentų str. 11, Academy, Kaunas district.

The final meeting of the Erasmus+ MARIPET project in Izmir
The final (fifth) meeting of the Erasmus+ project “Innovative Curriculum to Evaluate Marine Fishery Discards as Raw Pet Food for Sustainable Europe” [MARIPET] took place on the 7th and 8th of February at the Ege University in Izmir (Turkey). Prof. dr. Virginija Dulskienė and assoc. prof. dr. Anželika Dautartė, from the Department of Environment and Ecology, took part in the meeting.
On the first day of the meeting, the implementation of the project and the dissemination events that have taken place and are planned were discussed. The focus was on the review and development of the innovative 5-module curriculum, the virtual learning environment, the platform for pet food producers, and experts and the challenges and results of the testing of the pilot curriculum. The structure, publication, and distribution of a guide/e-book on the production of pet food from fisheries discards was finalised.
The project partners met with the Rector of Ege University, prof. dr. Necdet Budak, and discussed possible perspectives for cooperation in the field of science and studies, as well as the possibilities of studies in English, and the exchange of teachers and students.
The Izmir Metropolitan Municipality (Turkey) is one of the partners in this project, and it was particularly valuable to meet with the Mayor of the Metropolitan Municipality, Tunç Soyer. The meeting focused on the global challenges of fisheries and aquaculture, the role of society in addressing these challenges, and the role of government and higher education institutions.
On the second day of the meeting, a visit was made to the Izmir Seafood Market. This market was renovated in 2017 to accommodate the wholesale trade in fish, shellfish and other seafood.
The project is coordinated by Ege University (Turkey), project partners: University of Balikesir (Turkey), University of Dubrovnik (Croatia), Agricultural University of Iceland, Izmir Metropolitan Municipality (Turkey), Norwegian University of Science and Technology, and Vytautas Magnus University.

Teaching aid, research paper competitions and awarding nominations of VMU AA employees are announced
We invite the employees of the VMU Agriculture Agriculture to participate in the competition of teaching aid and research papers, sharing with the community the significant work done and celebrating the achievements.
The winners will be awarded at the festive commemoration of the Day of the Restoration of Lithuania’s Independence, which will take place in the Hall of VMU Agriculture Academy central building (Studentų str. 11, Akademija, Kaunas distr.) on March 12. 1 p.m.
TEACHING AID COMPETITION REGULATIONS
TA competition is organized to initiate the sharing of experience in the development and use of advanced teaching methods and TAs among the teachers among the teachers at the VMU Agriculture Academy; to accelerate the development and use of TAs and innovative teaching techniques; to encourage the teachers to develop and improve TAs and apply them effectively in their teaching activities.
The competition is open to employees at the VMU Agriculture Academy and their teams who have developed new TAs and applied them in teaching the students at the VMU Agriculture
Academy.
Entries can be submitted under the following headings:
- Teaching publications (textbooks, course books, lecture notes, descriptions of laboratory work and exercises, other teaching publications (> 50 pages), published in print or electronic form);
- Visual aids (instruments, tools, laboratory and display benches, mockups, models,
collections of objects studied, videos, poster sets, and other tools);
- Methods of organizing studies and other TAs (integrated provision of supporting teaching aids for the study subject, implementation of distance learning, implementation of other innovative study methods, etc.).
The application shall be accompanied by an extract of the minutes of the academic unit Council or a committee authorized by it, along with a recommendation, and a copy of the TA (or its location) and a description of it.
The TA description shall specify the following:
- Name of TA;
- Author(s)’ details (name, surname, faculty, institute, department, position, title, academic title and scientific degree, telephone number, email address);
- Purpose of the TA (study programme, study subject, topics within the study subject structure);
- Relevance (need, previous development of similar tools, etc.);
- Methodological compatibility with independent studies (possibilities for active learning and innovative study methods using the TA);
- Innovation (innovation in the presentation of course material) and scientific approach (use of the latest scientific information and tools, possibilities for student involvement in research);
- Visual quality of the knowledge presented and quality of the publication design (intensity of use of visual elements, strong aspects of the publication design);
- Other benefits.
Candidates’ documents for the competition shall be submitted to the coordinator for the administration of studies in the Administrative Group of the VMU Agriculture Academy dr. Rasa Čingienė (by email rasa.cingiene@vdu.lt or at VMU AA central building room 237) by 15 February.
A maximum of 3 prizes will be awarded per heading. Prizes are awarded to first-place winners, and certificates of appreciation are awarded to second and third-place winners. The prize fund shall be allocated by the Chancellor of the VMU Agriculture Academy.

RESEARCH PAPER COMPETITION REGULATIONS
RP competition is organized to encourage the teachers, researchers, and PhD students at the VMU Agriculture Academy, to conduct research and disseminate the results thereof, to contribute to the enhancement of the scientific, social and economic environment of Vytautas Magnus University and of the whole country; to select, promote, and reward the best researchers and research groups at the VMU Agriculture Academy.
The competition is open to teachers, researchers, and PhD students of the VMU Agriculture Academy.
Entries can be submitted under the following headings:
- research group category (it is recommended that the number of authors of a submitted research paper should not exceed 4 and that each publication should be authored by at least two authors from the research group participating in the competition);
- international researcher’s category (a researcher working on a research project in collaboration with researchers from other countries);
- category of the young researcher, doctoral student, or their team (applicants must be aged 35 or younger, hold a PhD granted no earlier than 5 years ago, not including parental leave).
The RP competition is open to collections of scientific output on a common topic for the last 2 calendar years, which may include:
- scientific monographs, parts of scientific monographs, scientific studies;
- patented scientific output, registered plant and animal varieties;
- scientific publications;
- oral presentations at plenary sessions of scientific international conferences.
The RP shall be submitted to the competition together with the following:
- Extract from the minutes of the Council of the academic unit or a committee authorized by it, with a recommendation, which shall include the title of the submitted RP, the author(s) and the creative contribution that shall be assessed in proportion to the number of authors or on the basis of a joint declaration signed by the authors;
- A brief description (up to 1 page) of the research paper or collection of the output, indicating the title of the RP, the components of the submitted research paper or collection of the output, and highlighting the most important aspects of the RP that are relevant to the competition.
- Information about the author(s) of the RP (name, surname, date of birth, position, scientific title and degree, scientific achievements, list of major scientific outputs signed by a library staff member, contribution index, telephone number, email address).
The competition is not open to winners of the previous year’s RP competition.
Candidates’ documents for the competition shall be submitted to the Scientific Activity Coordinator dr. Algis Kvaraciejus (by email algis.kvaraciejus@vdu.lt or at VMU AA central building room 227) at the VMU Agriculture Academy by 15 February.
A maximum of 5 prizes will be awarded to the winners of the RP competition: a maximum of 3 prizes shall be awarded in the 1st category and 1 prize in the 2nd and 3rd categories each.

THE SUBMISSION OF NOMINATIONS
The Nominations are an incentive tool to encourage the involvement of the employees and students of the VMU Agriculture Academy in further development of the quality of studies, research and scientific services, the creation of a motivating working environment, and fostering of culture and values.
Nominations are open to employees (or a group of employees) and students of the VMU Agriculture Academy who have an impeccable reputation. The employee or student who has violated the VMU Code of Academic Ethics and/or work discipline shall not be eligible for the Nomination.
Types of the VMU Agriculture Academy Nominations and the Nomination criteria:
- Nomination “Scientific Achievement of the Year” is awarded to a member or group of members of the community of the VMU Agriculture Academy for receiving significant national and/or international awards for research and experimental development (R&D) activities. One candidate is submitted by each academic and non-academic division.
- Nomination “Project of the Year” is awarded to a member or group of members of the community of the VMU Agriculture Academy for active project activities, the impact of the winning project on the region, country, and society at national and/or international level. One candidate is submitted by each academic and non-academic division.
- Nomination “Researcher of the Year” is awarded to students and other members of the academic community at all levels of the VMU Agriculture Academy, except those holding a doctoral degree, for their active scientific research activities and results of scientific achievements. The Nomination may be awarded to the same member of the academic community once every three calendar years. One candidate is submitted by each academic division.
- Nomination “Employee of the Year” is awarded to an employee of the community of the VMU Agriculture Academy who is indirectly involved in activities related to studies and research, for significant initiatives for the development of the VMU Agriculture Academy, outstanding diligence and loyalty to the VMU Agriculture Academy. The Nomination may be awarded to the same member of the community of the VMU Agriculture Academy once every three calendar years. The candidates are submitted by the administration, academic, and non-academic divisions of the VMU Agriculture Academy.
- Nomination “Partnership of the Year” is awarded to a member of the community of the VMU Agriculture Academy for the establishment, development, and expansion of close and significant cooperation with social and business partners, taking into account the importance of the cooperation, the support provided by the partner, or any other significant achievements at the VMU Agriculture Academy. The Nomination may be awarded to the same member of the community of the VMU Agriculture Academy once every three calendar years. The candidates are submitted by the administration, academic, and non-academic divisions of the VMU Agriculture Academy.
- Nomination “Teacher of the Year” is awarded to a member of the academic community of the VMU Agriculture Academy whose main job functions are related to the VMU Agriculture Academy, for the following results: students’ objective satisfaction with the taught subject, advanced pedagogical activity, work with the Erasmus+ students, resources used for the taught subjects, innovative approach in teaching, teacher’s activity and partnership with other study and research institutions, promotion of study programmes at the VMU Agriculture Academy among pupils and the public, and supervision of students’ research papers. The Nomination may be awarded to the same teacher once every three calendar years. One candidate is submitted by each Faculty.
- Nomination “Student of the Year” is awarded to a first-, second- or third-cycle student at the VMU Agriculture Academy for significant achievements in learning, research, organizational or social activities. The same student may be nominated once during the entire study period. One candidate is submitted by each Faculty, taking into account the opinion of student representatives.
- Nomination “Researcher’s International Mobility of the Year” is awarded to researchers at the VMU Agriculture Academy with and without a doctoral degree, to teachers, scientific workers, and doctoral students for their activity within the framework of international visits. The Nomination may be awarded to the same researcher once every three calendar years. One candidate is submitted by each academic and non-academic division.
- Nomination “Student’s International Mobility of the Year” is awarded to a first- or second-cycle student at the VMU Agriculture Academy for active participation in international exchange (internships, short-term courses, studies). The same student may be awarded the Nomination once during the entire study period. One candidate is submitted by each Faculty.
- Nomination “Ambassador of the Year” is awarded to a member or group of members of the community of the VMU Agriculture Academy for active promotion of study and research activities, events at national and/or international level. One candidate is submitted by each academic and non-academic division
Competition for Scholarships for Scientific or Artistic Achievements
Vytautas Magnus University (VMU) announces a competition for scholarships for the scientific or artistic achievements of VMU students, which aims to encourage students to pursue scientific or artistic activities for the purpose of representing the University.
One-off scholarships for scientific or artistic achievements in the amount of EUR 500 (five hundred euros) are awarded to the most productive and/or the students with the highest and most significant achievements (as measured by scientific (artistic) production points) in previous calendar year in the relevant group of study fields.
The scholarship is open to candidates who have at least one scientific publication, a conference presentation, or a public presentation of their work. The scholarships are awarded based on an assessment of the scientific or artistic achievements of the previous calendar year (in the period from 1 January to 31 December) in the following relevant groups of study fields:
- Humanities;
- Arts;
- Engineering Sciences and Technological Sciences;
- Social Sciences, Law, Business and Public Management;
- Educational Sciences;
- Mathematical Sciences, Computer Sciences, Physical Sciences, Life Sciences;
- Agricultural Sciences.
Scholarships for scientific or artistic achievements shall be awarded separately according to the relevant groups of study fields:
- jointly for full-time and part-time first cycle students and for first- to fourth-year students of integrated studies;
- jointly for full-time and part-time second cycle students, students of vocational studies, and fifth-year students of integrated studies.
Students who are willing to apply for a scholarship for scientific or artistic achievements up to this year, students must submit data on their scientific, artistic, and other activities on the VMU Student Portal until March 1st under “Science” in accordance with the following procedure:
- log in to the VMU Student self-service portal using your personal login provided by the University, select Research in the menu box, and click on the Fill button when the column opens;
- select the category of the scientific/artistic activity you want to pursue (publications and patents; other research and organizational activity; other research and artistic activity; significant prizes and awards) and provide all the necessary information and press the Save button.
IMPORTANT: publications and patents must be registered in the University’s Science Management System VMU CRIS, and points for publications shall be awarded according to the classification of scientific and artistic output approved by VMU.

Open Competition for University Fee Exemptions
Vytautas Magnus University (VMU) has launched an open competition for university fee exemptions for spring semester of the academic year 2023/2024. The purpose of the competition is to achieve the mission of socially responsible university by reducing social exclusion, creating appropriate financial conditions for VMU students to be accommodated and (or) study (taking into account different social (material) situations, study results and (or) accommodation in the dormitory).
University fee exemptions for spring semester 2023/2024 may be granted at a rate of up to 100% to cover:
TUITION FEES, and this exemption may be granted for students of a full-time bachelor, master, or integrated studies:
- who are currently in a difficult social (financial) situation;
- whose grades (taking into account credits) average for the last examination session (for first-year students – entrance competition score) is not lower than 8 (eight).
ACCOMMODATION FEES, and this exemption may be granted for students of a full-time bachelor, master, PhD or integrated studies, who are currently living in the dormitory of VMU and who have concluded Agreement for Accommodation, based on:
- social (financial) situation;
- dormitory and room type, where student is being accommodated (NOTE: students, who are currently living in a single-bedroom of the dormitory cannot be awarded accommodation fee exemption).
University fee exemptions through the open competition may be awarded as a matter of priority, by taking into account social (financial) status, for:
- orphans, students who were granted custody or guardianship until adulthood or who have lost both of their parents (both of the parents have passed away);
- students with disabilities;
- students from the families with large number of children (there are four or more children in the family, who are currently students, school pupils or minors).
Given the social (material) status, students must provide following documents for the competition:
- orphans: original documents of the death certificates of your mother and father, with official translations to Lithuanian, English or Russian languages with the translator’s stamp attached;
- students with disabilities: original document, which proves your disability with official translations to Lithuanian, English or Russian languages with the translator’s stamp attached;
- students from the families with large number of children:
- original certificate of family composition with official translations to Lithuanian, English or Russian languages with the translator’s stamp attached;
- original documents / certificates from kindergartens/schools/universities and others education institutions which proves student or school pupil status with official translations to Lithuanian, English or Russian languages with the translator’s stamp attached.
Students who are willing to apply for free exemptions, has to complete an electronic application form in Student self-service portal. How to do this?
- log in to the VMU Student self-service portal using your personal login provided by the University;
- select the Applications in the menu box and click on the Requests button;
- select the application category Fees exemptions and compensations, click Tuition / Accommodation fee exemption by the means of competition (form F-006), complete the form, attach (upload) documents, which prove social (financial) status of the family, together with official translations to Lithuanian, English or Russian languages with the translator’s stamps attached and submit it.
Applications are open from Frebruary 1st, 2024, to Frebruary 18th, 2024. Results of the open competition will be published by March 1st, 2024, by personally informing students about it by an email being sent to the VMU email address.
Tuition fee and accommodation fees exemptions shall be awarded by taking into account all the support granted for the student by VMU, awarded scholarships, granted exemptions and (or) size of the fees paid for the University and given the support and (or) scholarships awarded from the State budget funds, private legal or natural persons.

Registration for Sports and Arts Activities Has Started
We invite students of Vytautas Magnus University (VMU), who are studying in Kaunas, Akademija (Kaunas District) or Vilnius, to register for sports and (or) art activities in the spring semester of 2023/2024, organized by VMU Sports Centre and VMU Arts Centre.
All VMU students can attend sports or art group activities regardless of where and what they are studying (e.g., if you are studying Lithuanian philology, you can attend the folk-dance group “Sėja” of the VMU Academy of Agriculture, etc.).
All activities for VMU students are free-of-charge. Students can register for several activities, so you are welcome to join the activities on offer.
Registration procedure for Arts Centre collectives
Students who wish to act, dance, sing, or play must join one (or several) of the VMU Arts Centre groups based in Kaunas, Akademija (Kaunas district) or Vilnius. You can do this by registering for the ongoing activities by following three steps:
- log in to the student self-service portal and select the Registration tab from the menu bar;
- in the bar that appears, click on the button Registration for the Sports/Arts Centre;
- then select Arts and in this section, select the desired arts activity, tick it, click on the Continue button, click on the I agree to the rules and the REGISTER button.
*The same principle applies to registration via menucentras.vdu.lt/registration/
The student will see the classes of the sports he/she has registered for in the student portal, under My activities. You can also withdraw from the selected activities in the student portal.
Once you have registered for a group at the Arts Centre, you can start attending activities as soon as possible, at the times indicated in the group’s timetable.

All VMU students who want to participate in sports at the VMU Sports Centre facilities (Studentų str. 11 and Studentų str. 9A, Akademija, Kaunas district) can register for the sports activity classes.
Students wishing to register for VMU Sports Centre activity classes should log in to the student self-service portal and select the Registration tab from the menu. In the bar that appears, click on the button Registration for the Sports. In the next step of the Activity Registration select Sport. In this section, you need to select the desired sport, tick it, click on the Continue button, and click on the I agree to the rules and the REGISTER button.

Competition for the Scholarship of Saliamonas Banaitis
Saliamonas Banaitis (1866-1933) was a public and state figure of independent Lithuania, a member of the Council of Lithuania, a signatory of the Act of Independence of the Republic of Lithuania, and a former student of Vytautas Magnus University.
Saliamonas Banaitis scholarship was established at the University in 2016 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the restoration of Lithuanian statehood by his grandchildren living in Canada. The aim of the scholarship is to support and encourage the most talented students at the University conducting research related to personalities, organisations, events, or processes of the First Independent Republic of Lithuania (1918-1940), which in one way or another are connected with the activities and environment of the signatory of the Act, S. Banaitis.
In this context, a thematic competition is being launched for students at all levels who are writing a thesis or carrying out research in one or more of the themes indicated by the founder of the scholarship:
- History of Lithuania relating to the activities, professional interests, or achievements of Saliamonas Banaitis, his family or relatives.
- Lithuanian culture (art) related to the activities, professional interests, or achievements of S. Banaitis, his family or relatives.
- transportation of goods or people by land and water (priority is given if there is any connection with S. Banaitis, his family or relatives).
- communication, publishing, and dissemination (priority is given if there is any connection with S. Banaitis, his family or relatives).
- the family economy and its development (priority is given if there is any connection with S. Banaitis, his family or relatives).
- amateur, village (barn) theatre or folk music (priority is given if there is any connection with S. Banaitis, his family or relatives).
The scholarship in the name of S. Banaitis, signatory of the Act of Independence of the Republic of Lithuania, with a preliminary amount of ~ 2,200 EUR (up to half of the amount of the scholarship, i.e. ~ 1,100 EUR if the scholarship is awarded to two persons), will be given to the student(s) who is/are most relevant to the field of study, and who is/are intending to have his/her/their research published.
The decision to award the scholarship is made by the Lithuanian Canadian Foundation (LCF), with which VMU has concluded a cooperation agreement, according to which the nominal S. Banaitis Scholarship is awarded to the best students at the University whose studies and/or research interest is related to the history, culture, and achievements of Lithuania. Priority is given to students who are interested in the activities, professional interests, or achievements of Saliamonas Banaitis, his family, or relatives, thus encouraging students to achieve professional and academic excellence.
Students who are willing to apply for S. Banaitis scholarship must complete an electronic application form in Student self-service portal until February 18th. How to do this?

The candidate(s) selected by the Founder of the Fellowship will be informed personally of the conditions and deadlines for the award of the scholarship by the end of May.

First international partners’ meeting of the Erasmus+ project “The digital Blue Career to overcome the Carbon Crisis – Innovations in Aquaculture Curriculum” [DiBluCa] in Kaunas
The first partner meeting of the international Erasmus+ project “The digital Blue Career to overcome the Carbon Crisis – Innovations in Aquaculture Curriculum” [DiBluCa] (No. 2023-1-LT01-KA220-HED-000154247) took place on 23-24 January at Vytautas Magnus University Agriculture Academy (VMU AA). The project partners are Balikesir University (Turkey), University of Dubrovnik (Croatia), Odesa National University of Technology (Ukraine), University of Thessaly (Greece), coordinator – VMU AA.
COVID-19 and the crisis of the war in Ukraine have highlighted the value of digital education in Europe; the DiBluCa project will develop an innovative higher education curriculum on water sustainability, fisheries now and in the future, which will contribute to ensuring sustainable industry and long-term employment.
The project will be implemented in phases: identification of sector needs, development and/or updating of the curriculum and development of learning materials. The project includes international partner meetings, a digital portal with user-friendly e-learning and best practice modules. An innovative Aquaculture Higher Education Handbook on Tackling Global Warming will be published in English; the e-book will be available in all languages of the project partners.
Project outcomes: adapted higher education and training curricula for future aquaculture needs, long-term employment of aquaculture professionals, increased number of university students, changing attitudes and trends, improvement of the aquaculture sector, aquaculture training knowledge and skills, development of integrated training materials, interactive e-book, international conference and project dissemination events.
During the meeting the main guidelines for the implementation of the project activities were discussed. The timetable for the activities and the responsibilities of the partners were also discussed. The first result of the project was presented – experts from Balikesir University prepared questionnaires for students, teachers, and members of the target groups. These questionnaires will help to find out what the sector needs. On the second day of the meeting, cooperation opportunities were discussed with the specialists of the Lithuanian Zoo – Science Curator Kriste Stravinskaite, Head of Marketing and Education Department Aida Grockiene and Coordinator of Educational Programmes Rasa Kirkaite. Many points of contact were found, prospects for possible cooperation and plans future were discussed. The next meeting of foreign partners will take place in Volos, Greece, at the beginning of June.
The project will run from 01.11.2023 to 31.10.2025.

We invite newcomers to join the “Sharing is Caring” event, where new students can discover various essential items to establish themselves successfully and transform their new living space into a second home.

When: Friday, January 26, from 15.00 to 17.00

There are some categories of things you may find at the event:
- Kitchen stuff (from cup to the grater, etc.)
- Electronics (kettle, table lamps, etc.)
- Study and leisure time items (sports equipment, hobby stuff, stationery such as notebooks, paper, pens, holders, etc.)
- Household items (cleaning tools such as mops, brooms, washing powder; storage containers or boxes, buckets, mirrors, hangers for clothes)

MIC 2024 Invites Scholars to Explore Next Generation Challenges
The Transform4Europe university alliance invites lecturers and researchers to participate in the 23rd Management International Conference titled Next Generation Challenges: Innovation, Regeneration and Inclusion, which will be held on 5-8 June 2024 in Trento, Italy. The conference is organised by the University of Primorska in partnership with the University of Trieste. The abstract submission deadline is 29 March.
The MIC 2024 conference aims to explore the next generation challenges facing different industries, sectors and fields, with a particular focus on fostering innovation, building resilience, promoting regeneration and ensuring inclusivity – it is open to all contributions that address the next generation challenges. The conference also aims to bring together academics, professionals, and experts from management, economics, human resource management, organizational studies, finances, accounting, and other related fields, while providing a unique platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration.
As always, MIC 2024 welcomes researchers to join the conference community, share their expertise and experience, provide new empirical evidence and engage in theoretical discussions.
